Welcome, The Space Between Counselling service provides a space to explore what may be causing you difficulty, harm or distress in your daily life.

There may be a space between where you are now and where you want to be.

My core counselling training is in Transactional Analysis which invites us to look at how we see ourselves, others and the world, the reasons for this & how our perception can limit us at times. I also hold certificates in working with Trauma & Bodywork which offer additional therapeutic methods. Alongside my private work, I am currently Lead Practitioner for a charity named As You Are based in Southwick, and a member of the BBC Children in Need South Advisory Committee.
