I offer a welcoming, confidential space working with individuals aged 14 and over both online and from therapy rooms based at the Horam Healthcare Clinic and The Wilbury Clinic, Hove.

I offer both short term and long term therapy dependent on what you need.

Each person’s therapy journey will be as unique as they are – I will use my experience, compassion, warmth and creativity to support you wherever you are at now.

Fees & How it works

Sessions cost £55, and will usually last for 50 minutes.

The first step will be a short, free of charge phone to introduce myself and give space to ask any questions you may have, tell you a little about the kind of therapy I offer and discuss practicalities such as timing and location for your first session if it feels like we might be the “right” fit.

In Transactional Analysis we work to a contract which we agree upon together usually over a number of sessions; this may also change at times. The important thing is that this means that therapy is structured to achieving what it is you wish to change; if you are unsure, then we can also explore this uncertainty as our “contract”.
