Welcome, I am an experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (MNCPS Accred.) with additional specialism in working with Trauma & Young People.

I offer both short-term & long-term therapy to individuals aged 16 or over in Horam & Hove. I also run groups both privately & for a charity which are available throughout the year.

individual counselling

Individual sessions for counselling run for 50 minutes & are charged at £50.

I offer a free phone consultation prior to booking an appointment in order to introduce myself, answer any questions you may have & check in as to what you are looking for from therapy. We can then arrange a suitable time for your first session.

My two clinics held from therapy rooms at the Horam Healthcare Clinic & 198 Therapy Rooms in Hove offer an easily accessible, confidential space to explore what may be causing you difficulty, dissatisfaction, harm or distress in your day-to-day life.

I am also happy to conduct sessions online.

Groups

I run groups privately and, on occasion, for a charity called As You Are with whom I work.

Working in a group offers a different experience to individual counselling: it is more cost effective, you have the opportunity to build peer support & hear others stories. They may provide targeted, time-limited support for specific issues such as emotional well-being, anger, self-esteem etc.
